Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty Policy:

All electronic products are covered by the authorized distributor’s warranty for a period of two years against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, electrical short circuits caused by improper installation, or any attempt to disassemble the device.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Returns: Within (5) days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, sealed in the manufacturer’s packaging, and has not been opened.

Exchanges: Within (10) days from the date of receipt under the same conditions mentioned above.

Miftah Al-Raha will cover the return shipping cost (for the first time only), unless the product is damaged or does not match the description.
